Our custom made equipment provides the flexibility to perform clamp bolt removal on almost all makes of vehicles.

Injector clamp bolts hold down the injector to the cylinder head to provide a clamping force to the injector copper washer.

​

Many vehicles, such as Vauxhall Vivaro, Renault Trafic, & Nissan Primastar, suffer from the clamp bolts breaking off just before the threaded section due to corrosion.

​

This problem is directly associated with the corrosion levels suffered by the injectors themselves causing their subsequent requirement for removal.

Sharp Autos are able to remove and repair/re-thread broken clamp bolts. This repair will exceed the original thread strength and can salvage a condemned cylinder head.
